The Village at Forest Lakes

The Village at Forest Lakes is an 118,150 square-foot shopping center planned for the 10-acre parcel next to Forest Lakes Elementary School. The development was proposed by a group called Osborne Parkway LLC. Howard S. Klein has represented this group at local hearings regarding the development.

The development is Harford County Board of Appeals Case No. 5556.
